InspirationFor fifteen years I didn't cry. Not at funerals, not at goodbyes, not at sad movies. I thought it was strength. It was dryness.
I was the guy working physical, boring jobs, the one who — if you'd said "breathwork" — would raise an eyebrow and ask: "what is this nonsense?" A professional skeptic. Proud of it, even.
I came to my first rebirthing session mostly to prove it doesn't work. I lay down, breathed the way I was told — inhale rolling into exhale, no pauses — and at some point something in my chest, which I'd been holding shut without knowing I was holding it, simply opened.
I cried. Not a small, polite cry — a fifteen-years cry. And after it came a quiet I had never known. Not the quiet of "no noise" — the quiet of "everything is in its place."
From that day a journey began: Trilotherapy brought order to the voices in my head — I met my Head, my Heart, and the one who is supposed to lead them both. Human Design — the one that sounded the most mystical — handed me an operating manual I'd never received.
And at some point I understood: the era of boring jobs was over. The era of focusing on my gift — to the world and to myself — had begun: guiding people to that moment when something closed finally opens.
Because maybe you "don't cry" either. Or don't really laugh. Or just feel that something is stuck and has no name. I don't promise you'll cry in your first session — I promise we'll go looking together for whatever is waiting to release.
